Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Accountant responsible for
managing global revenue and COGS accounting in accordance with ASC
606.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare billing validations and execute revenue recognition for
month-end close
Review accounts receivable subledger and ensure accurate
application of cash payments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue and
COGS-related issues
Required Qualifications
Solid understanding of ASC 606 and GAAP accounting principles
Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Power BI, and
MS Excel
Ability to manage revenue, COGS, commission, and AR subledger
reviews independently
Experience in resolving tax-related issues with US state
departments
Familiarity with foreign exchange currency and currency
translation
