Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager, K12.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with current clients by
understanding their needs and proposing custom research
solutions
Navigate partnership offerings to ensure appropriate service
delivery and drive urgency in renewals and upsells
Create customized account plans and collaborate with teams to meet
revenue goals and predict cash retention probability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields such as business,
social sciences, or education
3-7 years of experience in Account Management or Sales
Experience in the Education field is highly desirable
Willingness to work creatively to provide high levels of client
service
Ability to develop relationships and conduct substantive
discussions with decision makers
