Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Editorial Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-4 editors, ensuring
high-quality editorial work
Coordinate training programs and manage department workload while
supporting team members
Perform copyediting, fact-checking, and proofreading of various
communications to ensure accuracy and adherence to style
guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or health
sciences
5+ years of editorial experience, with 2+ years in agency settings
(healthcare marketing or medical communications)
2+ years of management experience
Understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology and
multiple style guides
Proficiency in American Medical Association style
