  • PT: Field position- Haywood/ Fremont
  • Tues-Sat or Wed- Sun
  • 1 year- Home Health experience required
  • Oasis experience required
  • GWW hours are based on completed visits: 25 visits = 40 hours
  • Hours are guaranteed if 25 visits or more are completed
  • COVID Exemptions permitted
  • Mileage between patients- IRS Standard
  • Please Note: Rate may change based on coverage territory and experience
  • ** Accepting pending CA license. Traveler need to have applied upon submission.
