- Deliver technology products and services that meet business
outcomes.
- Develop a technology strategy and ensure technology solutions
comply with applicable standards.
- Advance modern and Agile solution delivery practices and
evangelize great design, engineering, and organizational
practices.
- Ensure all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices,
and standards are met.
- Translate vision from leadership and drive these objectives
through team delivery.
- Participate in coding, perform code reviews, and be responsible
for quality of all software produced.
- Design and develop solution architectures for scalable
resilient systems using Java.
- Utilize full stack engineering, REST, and other API
technologies with SOAP, coding, debugging, and CI/CD.
- Design and develop production ready software using web, cloud,
and distributed technologies.
- Design and develop new proof of concept projects to enhance
current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger
datasets with cutting edge technologies including Kafka and
Redis.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from
the worksite.REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer
Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering
(any), or related; and
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT
occupation.
- Must include 3 years of experience in each of the
following:
- Designing and developing solution architectures for scalable
resilient systems using Java;
- Utilizing full stack engineering, REST, and other API
technologies with SOAP, coding, debugging, and CI/CD;
- Designing and developing production ready software using web,
cloud, and distributed technologies; and,
- Designing and developing new proof of concept projects to
enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and
larger datasets with cutting edge technologies including Kafka and
