This is a rare opportunity to join a company that's already achieving meaningful traction and profitability, with the speed and ambition of an early-stage startup.What You Will DoAs a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key contributor to the core platform-designing and building features that impact thousands of users. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to shape the product experience end to end.Your day-to-day will include:

• Building frontend features in Next.js/TypeScript, with beautifully styled UIs using Tailwind CSS
• Contributing to and maintaining backend services using Ruby on Rails, deployed on Heroku
• Designing data models and working with Postgres and Redis
• Owning projects from ideation to release with a high degree of autonomy
• Working directly with end-users and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and prioritize features
• Helping to shape engineering culture, best practices, and mentorship as the team scalesIdeal Candidate BackgroundWe're looking for engineers who thrive in fast-paced, product-driven environments and love seeing the direct impact of their work.You might be a great fit if you have:
  • 4-10 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Experience building and shipping production software at high-growth startups (Series A-C preferred)
  • A strong understanding of frontend frameworks like React or Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Exposure to backend development using Ruby on Rails (or willingness to dive in quickly)
  • A bias toward action, product intuition, and a passion for delivering great user experiences
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with product/designPreferred
    • Previous experience working on fintech or payments products
    • Contributions to early-stage teams as a founding or early engineer
    • Familiarity with platform performance, observability, and scalability best practicesCompensation, Benefits & Perks
