Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate to assist
their community of educators and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Develop expertise in the platform and provide responsive support
through various communication channels
Identify, investigate, and resolve technical or usage issues for
customers
Advocate for customers by addressing their issues and contributing
to process improvements
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service or early education
experience
Experience providing live support to customers is preferred
Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce is
a plus
Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree is preferred
