Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Negotiator I to recruit and
develop provider networks.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and develop a network of physician, hospital, and ancillary
service providers
Lead recruitment efforts to ensure accurate and complete standard
contracts
Coordinate with internal departments and providers to maintain
contract compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, Finance, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or
provider relations
Familiarity with State and/or Federal health care programs
preferred
Must reside in the state of Iowa
Willingness to travel into the office for meetings approximately
5-10% of the time
