Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Services Specialist who
interacts with customers to process orders and resolve
inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Processes customer orders via phone and email, entering information
accurately into SAP
Resolves customer complaints and billing issues, ensuring adherence
to established policies
Collaborates with various departments to verify order statuses and
manage data in CRM and ERP systems
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree
preferred
1-2 years of prior customer service experience required
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to type 60 wpm
Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand and
complete all paperwork
