Job Description:
A company is looking for a Statistician (Drug Safety Analyst)
for a fully-remote contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify patterns and trends in adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to
detect emerging safety signals
Use statistical methods to detect potential safety issues from
spontaneous reporting databases
Create visual summaries to illustrate trends in ADRs and prepare
detailed safety reports for regulatory submission
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a
related field
Knowledge of signal detection methods and ability to perform trend
analysis on ADR data
Skills in managing large datasets and using pharmacovigilance
databases
Strong report writing skills for clear and concise safety
reports
Understanding of regulatory requirements for drug safety
reporting
