A company is looking for a Provider Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from provider offices regarding
patient-related services and reimbursement inquiries
Accurately input and maintain data in Salesforce while handling
sensitive information confidentially
Provide guidance to providers on denials and appeals processes,
ensuring first call resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years in an office and customer service environment
preferred
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer
needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet
navigation
Prior work experience with Salesforce preferred
